Meet Mariana Gost
Mariana Gost M.A., AMFT. has been working as a Mental Health Therapist since 2017. During this time, she has had experiences working in many kinds of settings such as community mental health, high schools, and residential facilities. She is now very eager to begin working in private practice.
She is a graduate of Antioch University, Los Angeles class of 2016 with a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in working with the LGBTQ Community.
Mariana enjoys working with individuals of all ages. “Each stage of life can pose challenges that deserve to be explored in a supportive, safe, and unbiased environment”. Mariana believes in a compassionate, unbiased approach to helping individuals develop and grow. She does not believe in a ‘one size fits all’ approach to treatment. “Each client is unique; therefore, all treatment plans are tailored to the client’s specific concerns and goals. It is imperative to meet each client “where they are at” in their process”. She has experience facilitating individual sessions, group sessions, and family sessions. She uses a combination of (CBT) Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness to help her clients realize and achieve their goals.
